At The Z Flip Case, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned case, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
